Lydia, a Romani woman from Dzerzinsk (Donetsk region) tells how she tried to hide from artillery fire with 9 grandchildren in a cold, wet and dirty shelter. The conditions were so bad that people could hardly stand them. Meanwhile, nearby was another, warm and dry shelter, where Lydia and her family were refused, although there was enough space. The better shelter was meant only for those employed at a local mine.<\/p>\n
