The Committee called the authorities of the RT to collect disaggregated data on the ethnic minorities and, in particular, to consider Pamiri and Yaghnobi as minority groups in the census and other statistical analysis. The<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">CERD<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">also<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">recommended<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">to<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">adopt<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">a<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">comprehensive<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">state<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">program<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">on<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">support<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">of<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">Roma<\/span><span lang=\"ru-RU\">\/<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Jughi<\/span><span lang=\"ru-RU\">, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">with<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">special<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">focus<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">on<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">the<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">situation<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">of<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">women<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">and<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">girls<\/span><span lang=\"ru-RU\">. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Promotion of minority languages, including Pamiri and Yaghnobi, in the spheres of education and media was considered of great importance by the Committee. Educational programs aimed at opposing prejudice towards ethnic minorities, including Pamiri and Jughi, were recommended as well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Important recommendations were done on improvement of the situation of stateless persons, refugees and asylum seekers.
