At the end of 2021, he was detained by police in Krasnoyarsk Krai for lack of documents; the court fined him 2,000 rubles and decided to expel him, placing him in CTDFN until the expulsion.<\/p>\n<p>Expulsion became impossible because of the war. I.N. tried to appeal against this decision, but the courts refused him several times, citing the missed deadline for appealing. While in the detention centre I.N. applied for temporary asylum in Russia and received a certificate that can serve as a temporary personal document.
