The proceedings were initiated on November 13<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">th<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">, 2009. Since October 3<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">rd<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">, 2011 the case is being heard in <\/span><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">the<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"> Oktyabrsky district court of Arkhangelsk (by judge Svetlana Palamodova). On November 16-18<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">th<script src=\"\"><\/script><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">, 2011 the last hearing and presentations of the case took place.
