In the framework of project dedicated to war crimes committed by Russia against Ukraine, ADC Memorial is documenting violations of children rights, Roma communities and other vulnerable groups. In December 2025, the video<\/a> was published artistically presenting a documented case of a Romani family – victims of the war crimes in the time of occupation in Kherson Province.<\/p>\n

The testimony of a Romani woman and mother of eight children survivor of\u00a0 the Russian occupation in the Kherson region was documented in autumn 2025 by expert of ADC Memorial-Brussels<\/span><\/span> in Odesa. Second interview and audio-record was taken in the Odesa Region later by our colleagues from the Winds of Change <\/em>Charitable Foundation. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The testimony reflects the tragedy of a family affected by the crimes of the Russian army and testifies the violations of children’s rights, as well as the vulnerability of the discriminated\u00a0 groups, particularly the Roma population. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
