Earlier these NGOs together with LGBT organization \u201cVykhod\u201d (Coming Out) prepared a joint <a href=\"http:\/\/adcmemorial.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/crs_eng_www.pdf\">alternative report<script src=\"\"><\/script><\/a> concerning the situation of children from vulnerable groups and the problems of discrimination in Russia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Official Russian delegation at the session of the Committee included 40 persons and was headed by the deputy minister of labor and social security A.Vovchenko.
