An official statement to this effect was introduced by the ministry into the Register of juridical persons on April 11, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>ADC \u201cMemorial\u201d was liquidated following decision by its council, which stated that listing the NGO in the \u201cRegister of NGOs performing the functions of foreign agents\u201d, as was demanded by the procurator\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/adcmemorial.org\/www\/7520.html\/?lang=en\">suit<script src=\"\"><\/script><\/a> and court <a href=\"http:\/\/adcmemorial.org\/www\/8435.html\/?lang=en\">rulings<\/a> which ruled in its favor, was unacceptable. On <a href=\"http:\/\/adcmemorial.org\/www\/9130.html\/?lang=en\">April 8, 2014<\/a> court ruling on registration of ADC \u201cMemorial\u201d in the above mentioned Register and registration of its logo came into force.
