Primary attention is devoted to the topics that ADC \u201cMemorial\u201d is most deeply involved with, i.e. the right to freedom of speech and expression, minority rights, the rights of Roma people and labor migrants, and the rights of women and children.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tbinternet.ohchr.org\/Treaties\/CCPR\/Shared%20Documents\/RUS\/INT_CCPR_ICO_RUS_17193_E.pdf\">The
