Discrimination of Crimean Tartars and Ethnic Ukrainians in Russia and in the annexed Crimea

This submission was prepared jointly by ADC Memorial and KrymSOS. Materials on the situation of Crimean Tatars and Ukrainians were collected during a KrymSOS-ADC Memorial field mission in 2017.

The text, edited for safety considerations, was included as a chapter “Discrimination in Crimea” in the report “Racism, Discrimination and Fight Against “Extremism” in Contemporary Russia and its Controlled Territories” (pp.12-27)
