Strasbourg, 20 October 2010 – Representatives from 47 countries of the Council of Europe have adopted the “Strasbourg Declaration” on Roma.

On September 13th of 2010 the school #71 of Astrakhan organized the National seminar for educational specialists on the problems in education of Roma children. The participants of the seminar were teachers from Tula, Lipetsk, Ryazan, and Penza.
On August 28th a seminar was held, organized by ADC Memorial in the frame of the project on “Legal support for migrants and representatives of national minorities in North-West Russia” (supported by Sida). Migrants working in St. Petersburg took part in it.
