Feedback On July 16, 2013 Saint Petersburg city court declined to consider procurator’s protests concerning the case of ADC “Memorial”. The court cited procedural rules for appeal and stated that the procurator’s office has made errors in the documents and returned the case to the district court.
Thus already the court of second appeal has confirmed violations in procurator’s attempts to appeal the initial ruling of the Court of Justice to consider the ungrounded claim against ADC “Memorial” concerning it supposed performance as a “foreign agent”.
